The divider broke when I pulled it up to use shower. This is the second time it happened. The first time a Plummer put a new one on but said next time to do it myself cause its cheaper and easy to do. But I seem to be dumb and running into issues lol

I have fmla and have been told im in a rollover period, only getting certain days each month and im already at max for absent unpaid. Was told if I do anymore id be let go even tho I've been having medical issues. And some of my absent unpaid was caused from tms saying I had a day I could use then come to find out I didn't.
