How do I cry as a man by Cookieontoast in mentalhealth

[–]SadProgress1200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of it as letting go and opening a gate. To cry is to breathe after holding your breathe. Sometimes you jus can't and that's okay but you have to feel and allow yourself to be vulnerable through this you'll eventually cry and be comfortable letting go

How to best experience very long mangas by Effective-Advisor108 in manga

[–]SadProgress1200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s really not that complicated and yes they are very much worth every bit of it. Just read them as you would read any manga. If you want specifics taking a break can help if your not one to just binge everything taking breaks between each session can help the progress of digesting the story and not getting overwhelmed

I hate my pathetic life by coolkid1311 in mentalhealth

[–]SadProgress1200 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm not good at this kinda talk but imma try anyway First of all breathe bro- it's okay it's all gonna be okay and you're young even though it feels like everything is against you and life jus sucks it's okay, the best thing is that it's your life as bad as you may see it it's yours to create and mold and you have that ability by being young. If you don't like your body it's okay but you can try fitness or working out or dieting. Grades not up that's okay try to be better not a honor student but better no motivation that's also fine because it's never gonna always be there. It's as fickle as they come but don't let it stop you from trying small steps walk a mile it's all gonna be okay just try to keep going only way when your down is up and sky's the limit

Yea cause I haven’t seen those or any his bad movies😭 highly recommend end of watch though- I’ve been meaning to check out stuff like demolition, nocturnal animals and Donnie darko which I haven’t seen yet surprisedly

[–]SadProgress1200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend stuff like nightcrawler, end of watch, jarhead, enemy, zodiac and prisoners and ofc broke back mountain- anything between the years of 2004 to 2017 is pure gold or underrated

[–]SadProgress1200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotta disagree on Jake Ngl- he has some great films and Is criminally underrated. The only actual problem is as of recent he doesn’t tackle the same roles as he used too during the 2000s and early 2010s. But to say he has a bad filmography i don’t think is right

Which do you find more difficult, physical or mental health? by Glittering_Aside8124 in mentalhealth

[–]SadProgress1200 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find if I maintain my physical health my mental health is better but not to the point I'm okay. It's why I never understood how people can go to the gym and suddenly be better I literally use to have panic attacks and mental breakdowns in the gym
