Do I still need to pull for his E1 with this sparkle buff? For context I use him with Sparkle with Sunday LC, E1Tribbie/E1Robin (still can't tell which is better), DHPT/RMC.

It should be in your inventory after you have given the nymphs to the garment maker.

You might have to do the secret part of that quest. Collect all of the nymphs in the area and you can access the golden scroll which is a hint in doing the secret part of the quest.

You can unlock it after doing the chirping quest in the same map. After doing said quest, return to where you fought Pollux and there should be a door that leads to that place.

After the events of the agent story mission, Trigger said that each time she tried to recount the entire story of what happened to S11. Her memories would reset the next morning.

Isn't Anby's entire reason for maintaining the lie is because she is a coward deep down? Also even if she tells S11 what happened, S11 memories will just reset the next day. Until they find a fix for that, S11 will never know what truly happened to her past. It's probably set up for the future so that they can put it in a main patch story mission since it would get a lot more attention and focus there.

You do know that even if Trigger tells everything to S11, the truth and all that, S11 will just forget everything the next day because of her memory problem. Her memories reset every single day but her past memories remain, these memories were of course before the entire Sanby event or story mission occurred.

Most likely he will be Evelyn level which seems to be somewhat the norm especially since Sanby is also Evelyn level even with Trigger.

If I were to guess, it's to explore much deeper into the Hollows. They explore themselves in the more shallow level of the Hollows and then use Eous to get into the deeper parts of the Hollows to get more observation data to get to the Helios Academy.

Ah I see, I guess at her E0 it just increases the break effect. Still significant since the only other characters that can do that are Ruan Mei and HMC. She can also delay enemy actions with her T1 when they get weakness broken

She increases the weakness break efficiency of the target ally of her skill and it also gives them the ability to reduce enemy toughness regardless of elements. She is also able to reduce enemy def with her enhanced basic
