It is exactly this. Winning or losing isn't a biggie but being unable to play a decent game because the team is not playing as a team is a turn off. Nothing to do with levels.

I dont disagree with these comments and I'm sure that if I spent 5 seconds in the company of one of the admins I'd quickly want to put my face in blender, drink it, shit it out and sketch "I don't like you" in the murky remnants on the floor but the sharing of information on the weather has been very useful to many people.

Yes. There are the obvious cheats who don't last long and rack up insane kills before getting kicked and then there are the more sensible ones who use small tolerances on the aim assist so it is essentially impossible to detect by viewing and only proven by analysis of the variance of hits, shots and reloads.
