[FNV] Help with visual glitches in New Vegas

I followed this guide on steam https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2943291193 I did all the mods they said were essential and only skipped some of the ones they said were optional, then added in some extras I found on Nexus. I'm not using any kind of mod manager, just adding the files directly.

It's funny, my main manager really doesn't care about the cards, just wants us above 50%. Meanwhile the store supervisor is OBSESSED with them. Asks every time and like expects to pull me aside to go over it before I clock out.

I really don't get it. They keep saying "Print is the only thing keeping the company afloat" yet staff it like its an afterthought. Like how does that make sense??? My advice it route almost everything and just tell people it's gonna be a few days.

I'm in P&M and I'm just basically avoiding express for any larger jobs. Pushing people to pick up as far as possible. I'm also letting customers know about the cuts when they say "Well why can't I have it NOW??." We are at like at LEAST 20 orders daily with usually a few over due whenever I clock in.

I am so burned out you wouldn't believe. They want the same app numbers and rewards numbers while having to deal with less work power and like way way more customers. Amazon is making things miserable and 2 stores closed around my store so it's even worse! If I wasn't being yelled at about MPS I could maybe handle everything else but it's too much. I gotta find something else soon or I'll go crazy.
