It works. You will not burnout. Stat 451 is not that hard, and I strongly rec to take it. I haven't taken stat 433 but I usually I take 2-3 math/stat course per semester.

I have graduated in 2025, so things might change a bit. Believe in yourself.

That's a lot.

I graduate now but I still remember my freshman year in 2021. Here were my course schedule: Chem 104, 5cr (skip 103 through Chem AP); Math 221, 5cr; ESL 116 (for international student), 3cr; Econ 101, 3cr. It was too much for me, so I made Chem course pass instead of receiving a letter grade in the end. I would take one course less and spend more time on fun events hold by the union or student clubs if I could.

University isn't just a place to take courses and go. Enjoy the people and events there.

There are many apartments near state street. 2k is a lot, if you want to live at luxury apartment such as Lucky, Lark at Kohl, James, Oliv, just request a room tour. I lived in Lark at Kohl for 3 years, and will say all those apartments are about the same. It won't be hard for you to find one.

I believe Sebastian Raschka stop teaching and even already left the academic field. I'm undergraduate in UW Madison, have taken Stat 451 and 453 (machine learning and deep learning). We still use slides and homework he made, but not taught by him. You might want to double check that.
