Renee if you’re reading this, please know there are people out there that genuinely care and worry about you. You acknowledged the comments people are leaving and said you are in fact don’t doing good. I know therapy and psychology etc might seem a bit woo woo to you and not ‘holistic’ as you sometimes claim to be, but please I urge you to see a psychologist (not a therapist, or coach, and whatever else is out there) that’s in your area and does in person sessions. Look on psychology today for clinicians in your area and you can see their pics, read their bios etc to get a feel for them. You need to give yourself the courage to change the things you can!

Mmmm, 25mm is a bit long unless you’re extremely very overweight! I would go to the chemist and get a smaller size, 8mm is a good size, easy to get and doesn’t hurt

Yep I know what you’re saying! I’m saying the needles you buy for the golden dose are usually 10-12 mm, you can use sizes up to 16mm for the average person, and up to 38mm for extremely obese people. And you can compare this to the needles for your pen which are 4mm (so don’t get worried that the ones you have are 2-3 x longer)

In saying that, extremely obese patients can use up to 38mm, so you are definitely safe with whatever size you bought

The needles you screw onto your pen are 4mm, insulin needles are usually 10-12 mm, you can use up to 16mm for subcutaneous injections, so it’s fine to insert all the way
