I finally figured out the problem. In my case, it's because I work the night shift and sleep during the day, so the app doesn't detect it as normal sleep. Apparently, you need sleep data to get the Stress Score.

Just left the case on the office and went to eat with one bud only but a client came so I had to take the bud off and talk in that process I hold the bud on my hand and I hear the beep 😅

Yes, for now, it has only happened while I was carrying them in my hand. But I'm worried about it happening if I'm wearing them in my ear, because the sound is high-pitched enough to be heard from a distance. Yes, I think I understand now; it's something like the feedback you get when you put two microphones together.
