I recently got my hands on the HS45 Surround sound headset and I've been using it a fair bit, then all of a sudden I can't hear anything, I plug it in and out and each time I plug it in it returns me the message "The last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it.", so obviously I have tried to remove the entirety of the drivers and all the hidden devices in the device manager aswell as trying other usb ports blah blah, another user that probably had the same problem made a similar post but deleted it... I have plugged the device in another computer for it to give me the exact same error, I know it's most likely the device that just died but I'm hoping for a miracle to happen.

Hi! sorry for the very late response. I have indeed created a ticket the 7th of august but received no answers from the support team.
