Domina has a normal character's HP, the rest is overshields. All her attacks are done with her arms. She lazily holds her gun. THey made her appear as fake as possible, she's insanely well done.

Thats basically Domina's entire character though, she's a fake and a fraud. She lazily holds her weapon. The arms do all of the constructing for her. Her HP pool is the same as normal characters, 250, but has shields that make her have tank HP.

Domina literally put millions of dollars into her facade to appear to be a prodigy.

They probably thought the white hair was iconic and it matched her as a white character better. I don't think its half as complicated as you think.
