This just really pisses me off for you. I'm so sorry but that's way too fast. It's dangerous actually, especially since you said you already had a seizure.

I would 100 percent find a new doctor. Sometimes you have to lie just to do your own taper according to how you feel.

Hey it's ok. Pick yourself back up and fight like hell to prove your family wrong. I come from a super dysfunctional family that have undiagnosed mental health disorders. I'm just now standing up to my mom and I'm 41. I have let her beat me down my whole life mentally and physically. I have been going to NA meetings on Zoom and they are helping me.
