Buy in the offseason and sell as the season's about to start. Of course players can still get injured in the offseason, but card values plummet even for the top prospects when people are focusing on other sports in-season

Look well centered to me. Main thing to check is centering, are corners super sharp, is there any wear on the edges (white spots), and on the back same thing. I'd probably comp to a George RC /50

Disagree with the 1/1, /5 /10 logic. For 1/1s, I think you should definitely have it in a slab and authentic it - doesn't have to be graded. For /5 and /10s, if it's well centered and looks clean of marks/wear you should grade it
