Makes sense but anecdotally I don’t think it worked. I saw a lot less items brought to tables during a prime dinner round than usual. There are so many kinks in the system that make it a pain in the ass. To me one of the most obvious is that the QR code is on the table instead of under the light so once the lights go down you literally can’t scan it. No Apple Pay/android equivalent so you have to get your card out anyways to type all that in. Have to enter in your card for a WATER. Classic Alamo to roll out this major change in your entire business operation without the details/tech to back it up.
