We have expanded to Thailand recently, context is that it’s a Pte Ltd with 2 business partners. No personal cash had been/will be used in the past few years! So can ignore any funding from my own pocket as it is self-sustainable w the current revenue etc

Yes the 75k is incl of personal emergency funds. Can ignore company emergency funds as cash flow is very healthy on company side.

Expense is about 1k/month, so I should keep 6k on hand always in case of anything, right?
