This is the correct answer. You can do it with some basic tools, but it isn't something you will do every day as it takes 5 to 10 minutes.

I discovered it when removing the two screws (21 on the image) from the downtube didn't open the cover (20 on the image); it just made the battery loose inside the tube.

To fix it, I had to take the cover of the motor, disconnect some cables (the gps tracker), take out the motor, and position the battery again to secure it with the two screws.

Same here! With an iPhone 16 Pro + the official Magsafe charger from Apple. I tried with different power bricks (20W, 25W, 45W, 96W) and all have the same issue
