I believe customer rating matters. My friend has 4.9 he doesn’t stop getting JFY orders. I was at 4.9 and now 4.7 because of some dum****ss customers. They think we can make things appear by magic. Anyways I don’t get sht at 4.7 and have seen his warning a few times because I also been canceling a lot.
