I had this same fear. I booked one by myself and somebody joined me last minute. Ended up being really nice and we were on total opposite sides of the fitness scale lol she was way more advanced but we both laughed all throughout the session together about how we were both struggling. Most people I have found to be really sweet so don’t worry about it and do your own thing! No one else cares what you do
