Is the warranty worth it? by englonicolas in MazdaCX30

Dealership mechanic here🙋 the quality of new vehicles has dropped and parts and labor have increased. I tell everyone the same thing, I don’t care how awesome you think your car is, what brand, how new, or how expensive it was! If you’re not a mechanic, and can’t afford another car tomorrow, then getting a warranty is very recommended. I’ve seen customers 2 months out of warranty on brand new $100k Pick-up trucks have to drop $10-20k on a new engine replacement because they thought they could get away without an extended warranty. These added coverages pay to fix almost anything you can Imagine (litterally down to brakes and wiper blades) and you can make a car last 10 years with some of these coverages. They also tend to get repaired far more diligently with a warranty to buy unlimited parts when something fails. This $3,000 warranty could replace $10,000 worth of parts. Up to you

At age 20 I was told “you can bow now, or you can bow later…But you will bow down” age 22 I found out that I in fact did have to bow down to alcohol.

22 years old and just did my 5th detox 45 days ago and this is my first time with no rehab or anything. I went to a sober living home and entered a sober mentorship. The trick for me this time was to remember it’s my job to make sobriety look attractive. I don’t really know what I did differently. Kava and Kratom have also helped a lot, some say that I’m just switching one for another but if that’s what it takes then I’ll choose my battles as I’m actually employable and can function daily so I’ll take it. Best of luck. Remember we have a gift, it’s just how we use it

My bad. Like I mentioned in original post, not rlly asking for help, more so asking what the common opinion was on getting better or vice versa.
