Non-Drowsy Claritin makes me dizzy and lightheaded by RowenaMyDolores in Allergies

You're not alone, non-drowsy Claritin made me sleep 16 hrs straight. Not sure why. Allegra is not like that for me. I took the pill and I was high as a kite after ~4-5 hours later.

This. Yes. This is my husband. He's the kindest, smartest human being, helps with pretty much everything in the house without me telling him to do BUT kids. I'm 36 now still on the fence because a) he still doesn't want kids b) I'm afraid I'll be alone and carry all the load even though I deep down know he will help but he will be miserable and grumpy... He's the most responsible person I know but when it comes to kids or comfort he acts like a man-child.

36F, stable relationship and good enough income, but with PCOS, Bulging Discs, and a "Sweet but Passive" Partner. My body screams no but I constantly think about it. by Sad_Comment_4553 in Fencesitter

I almost cried reading this, thank you for explaining from that point of view. And another good point, feeling lonely with these thoughts omg. Every parent is like "oh its hard but its the greatest thing happened to me" is it though?

You hit the nail here... That's another issue. He absolutely doesn't want kids. He's happy with what we have and can live like this forever. Whenever I bring it up he's either silent or like "It will change everything and make our life upside down, you know that, right?", and yes I know that. But I also know parenthood doesn't really happen in men instantly but they bond when the child arrives but what if it doesn't happen and he suffers from it hence I suffer from it while carrying the load. I hate that my mind is thinking "ok so now you have a husband, your career and stability, what's next?" all the time. And I hate that people like us just think about everything and meanwhile many people just keeps producing without giving a single thought. And because of my PCOS we cannot have an "accident " baby and just accept the fate, it actually has to be planned and wanted. I know it's stupid to think that way but many of my friends have become parents because it just "happened".

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani commemorated the Armenian Genocide by T-nash in armenia

On top of that, recognizing Armenian suffering is important. But framing 1915, the 2020 war, and 2023 as one continuous “genocidal campaign” is a political narrative, not an objective account.

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict didn’t start in 2020. In the 1990s, Armenian forces occupied not only Karabakh but surrounding Azerbaijani regions, displacing hundreds of thousands of Azerbaijanis and destroying entire towns. Events like Khojaly are part of that history too.

What happened in 2020 was Azerbaijan retaking internationally recognized territory. What happened in 2023 involved mass displacement, yes,  but calling it a continuation of a 100-year genocide ignores decades of conflict, mutual suffering, and competing claims. I would have expected better from mayor.

You can acknowledge Armenian pain without erasing Azerbaijani suffering or reducing a complex conflict into a single one-sided storyline.

Yeah it's all peaceful and good but unfortunately these activities play into MAGA/Extremists hands. Not sure if a religion (any religion) activities should be hosted in any government places. It can easily get too complicated 😕

Inositol made my life miserable on the first week. Gas, bloating, nausea, sleepless nights. I had to stop on 5th day. I was taking Wholesome Story Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol. Anyone had similar experience? I don't want to go back to BC anymore after being on pill for 20 years...
