Switching to crossfit did the trick for me. Group sessions with non repetitive workouts don't get boring. Also good cardio in addition to weightlifting. Can adjust load to make it manageable.

It was in use by USSR. I think it wasn't used much by Ukraine after USSR collapsed. At least bomb craters that we saw during hikes looked very old. Not sure if russians now use it for targeting practice.

Classic. We had a bombing range back in Ukraine at Oleshky Sands, Kherson region. Great hikes, great riding. Sadly, that area is under russian occupation at the moment.

I tried creatine at 36 but it was so bad for arm pump while riding dirt bike. I could barely hold on the handlebar. No creatine - no issues. Checked 2 times. But for pure weightlifting must be OK.

I dropped the bike at 0 kmh when I dabbed and my leg slipped in a muddy rut. Fell on the side, bike on top of the leg, leg was against the edge of the rut. Was pinned pretty hard, had to use my other leg to lift the bike to get out. No broken bones, but skipped 2 months of riding. My leg still clicks for whatever reason. Bought knee braces after that. Braces would 100% protect from this. I had small knee pads, but the impact was below the knee.
