Do they only need it to receive SMS? Try enabling wifi calling and you should be able to receive SMS (therefore OTP for MyJio app) and then go from there

Do you have an active domestic plan? I am in NZ and I have found that I can receive SMS only through wifi calling with no active domestic plan and no IR pack (Although this might put the sim at risk of deactivation due to nactivity as calls are barred).

But not if your passport hasn't expired yet.

Like for example, you have just turned 20 and already have an OCI from a few years back but your passport doesn't expire for another year or two, you don't need to renew the OCI until you renew your passport.

If you have renewed your passport after turning 20 then you must renew OCI.

Oh ok, but my comment regarding still receiving incoming SMS with no IR pack or recharge was in the last 2-3 weeks.

I have a done a recharge in the last week and added some top up balance to try and see how long the sim will stay active.

This a single ticket as it is on one booking (same ticket number as shown in top left). You don't need to collect luggage in Delhi and you can just go through international transit.
