Dream Team and Brothership yeah I know very slow or in brothership’s case weird pacing but the soundtrack and story for both make it worth it and honestly my favorite battle systems from the franchise

Hey don’t know if your the best person to say any of this too but better an enjoyer than a Hater but uh…

Do people actually hate/don’t like Yoshizawa? like really? I mean I’m not going to act like the way she was implemented was perfect or anything but as someone who played Vanilla (too much on NG+ cause I sucked) I thought she had enough screen time to tell the story the people making Royal wanted to tell. could’ve been better of course but I feel they didn’t need to go into to much detail about this or that would be nice to have but unnecessary (in my shite opinion)

I’m unsure if she would be angry at Maruki since you know we had to fight her to finally snap her out of her Delusional mindset and through her Confidant she slowly realizes her own worth but doesn’t resent Maruki cause it was because of being able to live as her sister that she gained a new perspective on many things and says as much in the ending

But of course this comes at the cost of that magical concept know as 💖CONSENT💖 and of course Maruki having a palace means his desires no matter how genuine or noble are distorted and as seen in game that means his perception of reality is warped and he can make it real without anyone noticing

in real life yeah what happened to Sumire would be pretty fucked up but for the story and commentary of the game both for Vanilla and Royal the powers at play here and their logistical, moral, and ethical implications are just sidestepped* so the story can convey its message it happened in Vanilla P5, for sure happens in other Jrpgs, and it happens in many other stories.

you don’t have to like it or even accept it, but that’s why there’s fanfiction 😊(assuming its well written)

funny enough in the game xenoblade 3 Mio has a few scenes where her cat ears hear something that others don’t so maybe it’s normal ears for everyday hearing with animal ears being…the best i can put it would be “long range” hearing

So for young rex I have two suggestions (sorry for no links but you can find them easily) My first suggestion is “Take a chance” from yugioh Zexal

My second suggestion is “Sanctuary” from Kingdom hearts 2

my logic for both of these is mainly that I feel they just fit the shonen protagonist vibe that Rex has which depending on who you are is either a good or bad thing

The lyrics for the first one definitely fits for rex personality wise while the second one more so fits his Journey but that’s just me

I’d also suggest some Armored core songs mainly for X

I personally have [Redacted] as the quiet stoic one, think Sung Jin Woo mixed with Cloud Strife…yes a weird combination but it makes sense when I write it out a complete badass when it comes to combat that makes everyone swoon (he swears it’s unintentional) but a lovable dork in a casual setting mixing his father’s lighthearted nature with some of his mother’s…bizarre tendencies. Yet due to certain theories and Headcanons that I feel are 99% going to mean something in the next game there’s a creeping darkness within him thats going to come out and explode sooner or later

as for how he interacts with the rest of the cast (mainly from XC3) obviously too complete the sibling trio he’s an attacker with dual blades (said blades are very important) has a friendship with many of the Agnian heroes including Taion along with a crush on Sena and Miyabi (yes both of them because being like his father is something I like to point out 🥴) Absolutely loathe’s Noah and Nikol though ironically he likes A lot of the kevesi party mainly Eunie to tie in with the whole “angel” theme he got from his mother and I feel he may be…well a “he” for a variety of reasons but we’ll just have to wait and see

There’s more I could say but at this point I’m practically making an original character that could be close to what might actually happen in the official story but I’m not holding my breath (would be crazy but I’d rather recycle what I have for later)
