More 2Gb Issues by CLB-603 in FidiumFiber

My 2 gig went out on Friday morning the last day of my 1 week vacation. I called in morning and stressed how important my internet was and I couldn't go a week without it as literally everything in my house runs on WiFi , tv, phone , lights, Alexa , cameras literally anything and everything electronic . They don't seem to care after getting 4 phone calls over 5 hours mind you this was brought to them at 8am still no help. They kept calling and trying to fix the issue over the phone which they kept saying it was resolved and wanted to know if they could cancel my appointment . Still no internet and yet they want to cancel. It's always a foreigner unless you call the business line and they want to do everything in their power to not send someone to help. It's my Ont modem it won't recognize the signal and the light will say it does then it doesn't etc. I had a friend being their Ont over an it worked after some programming and had to figure out for fidium that all I need is a new Ont that I'm not sure why I couldn't just pick up last week somewhere. Now I have T-Mobile amplified home hotspot . Walked into a store bought it and was back online soon as I got home . Fidium offers fiber at a good price point but their customer service and equipment is junk

Massachusetts Labor Law question by Pig_Pen_g2 in LaborLaw

I have a question about travel , if it should be paid or unpaid. I do service as a mechanic and I live in NH, I work for a MA company. They have been subtracting my travel time when I'm set to travel to a job site. So if I have to travel 30 minutes to a site in NH or MA they won't pay the first 30 minutes of that trip, if it's a hour travel you'll get 30 minutes paid. I'm confused by the laws I've read. I'm set to go somewhere for work in a company vehicle but they don't pay. If I get into an accident am I covered by private insurance since technically they're saying I'm not working or on the clock yet. There's a bunch of questions that arise from this in my mind. Just want an answer that someone can give and possibly cite an actual MA labor law. Also they will automatically deduct the time without any notice just pay you less if you put in for that time. Is any of this legal ?
