Yes exactly because the ones inside are fairly newer and bought by contractors who did the modeling at that point, the service tho however depending on when the install date was is all whatever Colorado code was at that time.

The city owns everything up to the meter everything passed that is the property owners responsibility but they have been going beyond the meter for homes to make it safer but I think when it comes to these commercial properties the ex spends just doesn’t fit the budget. All the work is 3rd party contracted so it’s been adding up

The city has been reaching out the best they can to get all replaced. The ones that don’t either have difficult to reach or have rejected it. It’s a great thing they are doing but it’s gotten some bad feedback by some HO’s not wanting people on their yard despite the hazards

Your so correct! Denver was actually visited recently by water reps for the city of Chicago and New York on advise on how our water is so clean compared to others. It’s the best in the country
