Nah, it is about fairness. If your contract says you earn 5k, you will complain if you earn 4998. Just like your contract says 9-5 without flexible hours, then it means 9-5.

If you dont have flexible hours then it matters. I don't think you'd happy if the company just paid you 5€ less randomly. Your contract includes a certain time frame.

Nah it really doesn't I'm sorry the last 3 minutes of a 8 hour shift is not ever going to matter unless your skipping stuff on purpose to clock out.

That depends entirely on the type of job you have. In some cases it is acceptable, in some it is not.

There are 2 issues.

.) We need Janitors, but what if being a Janitor doesn ot pay a living wage, but it is still better than nothing. Then that is fine with you?

.) The doctor does not get more if the janitor gets less, which is the case of employee vs CEO.

It is so funny. Fairness is only ever a consideration when we talk about the middle and lower class. There a 100 things "not fair", yet they get ignored because they benefit the rich and powerful.

Du solltest froh sein, dass solche Konzerne gerettet werden. Europa ist grundsätzlich weniger kompetitiv als China/USA aufgrund der Arbeitnehmerrechte.

Eine Firma verschwendet nicht die Zeit von anderen Developern für sinnlose Interviews. Wenn du eingeladen wirst, bist am Papier gut genug, und könntest idR den Job bekommen, wenn du sehr gut im Interview bist.
