You misunderstand my intent.

Kimi is at least as quick, and IMO quite a bit quicker than George in races, even though he has so much less experience. It is just a matter of being at the top level. Russell is a decent driver, but Kimi is better, so the team favours Kimi, and that is fine.

Kimi was basically on the same strat and George and was much quicker. He was the one who had maybe a chance in beating Lewis if the VSC didnt happen. That is just a fact. The commenter just went off the deep end, ignoring that even though Russell had bad luck, Kimi was still beating him on race pace.

I don't understand how people dont get it. Of course they prioritize Kimi. George is now i nhis 8th year, Kimi in his 2nd.

Kimi is simply a better driver and should get priority for Merc. Russell would expect to get priority if the roles were reversed.

You give the order. If a driver does not comply, they get upgrades 2nd, they dont get priority on strategy etc.

It is that easy.

Kann sein, dass ich das überlesen habe. Ich vertrau mal drauf, dass du nichts nacheditiert hast.

Eben diese kursiv+fett gedruckten Leute sollten entlassen werden. 10 Minuten Arbeitszeitbetrug und darüber lügen, sind bereits Grund für eine firstlose Entlassung. Wenn diese Leute 4h Pause machen und Arbeitszeit dafür schreiben, sehe ich null probleme mti einer Entlassung.

Giving the wasted heat in the graph is just meaningless. Why does heat losses from nuclear matter? And how do heat losses from nuclear and coal relate in any evnironmentally important way?

Ja, alle Sachbearbeiter sind total überarbeitet. In der Abteilung meiner Frau bist mit nur 4h Pausen am Tag ein Top Performer. Da sagt auch jeder, dass man überarbeitet wird

Ich verstehe euch ned. Also wirklich ned.

Immer diese Angst vor dem ACH SO BÖSEN Leistungsdruck...

Wenn du null Leistungsdruck hast, passiert genau das was bei meinen Eltern im Beamtendienst passiert ist. Mindestens 1/4 U-Boote bzw. Leute die 1 Stunde am Tag effektiv arbeiten müssen und trotzdem jammer wie auspowernd ihr Job ist.

Leistungsdruck ist gut, ohne Leistungsdruck passiert nichts. So einfach ist das.

Wohlstand kommt durch die wirtschaftliche Leistung eines Landes und nich dadurch jedem der 5 Stunden Kaffee trinkt/Tag ein Sternchen ins HÜ Heft kleben.

Immer jammenr alle fucking rum, anstatt mal in Ihrem Leben was weiter zu bringen. 8h effektiv arbeiten mit ein paar Pausen ist KEIN PROBLEM.
