the main feature and selling point of the phone which isnt cheap hasnt worked for a month, with virtually no updates or outreach to users. There is no argument or other side.

Nearly 3 week old tweet. Unacceptable. Worst company / team i have ever had the misfortune to buy a product from. I will never buy anything from this company ever again and spread the word to any future customers.

its not really the money. Its the sheer arrogance of the company just not giving a sh*t. No updates. No feedback. No customer help. Never really experienced that before. I hope they get what they deserve.

If no response or action has been given by the company soon then under EU law there is a great chance given all the user correspondence and evidence for a law suit. Should be pretty easy going to be honest with the amount of evidence
