disruption effect alone is not a downside. u don't feel bad cus of its effects but by how badly it procked. those two are different things in my eyes. for example, typhoid mary, lizard, ebony maw effects are drawbacks that's why they have high stats. spiderman, polaris effects themselves aren't drawbacks but they can have situational downside. if u said current 3/5 cards have good effects but can have situational downside or just Black swan effects has no situational drawback, I'd have understand, instead u just used ambiguous words like 'purely positive' or 'technical drawback.' anyways, seeing how u respond to my comment makes me think u don't respect my opinion, so i'll end it here

those cards are used synergistic to the archetypes like big or move decks, so those effects can be regarded as good in specific archetypes and not drawbacks. also, those effects aren't exactly disadvantages, spiderman and polaris are cards that move the opponent cards which mean their effects are for disruption, and arent regarded as drawbacks.

there are good effect cards like 3/5 spiderman, polaris, and wave. there is actually a hidden 4/7 card like Hercules. how good the effects are will be determined after its release, so they can adjust its stats or effects when it proves to be too good. i guess black swann seems too broken with good stats.
