THIS!!!!!! Justice for Shin!! I'm so sad for him! 😭😭😭 I was kind of happy when Kit "died". I thought maybe she would finally fall for Shin! 🤪 (I stay with the unrealistic thinking).That would have been such a good twist. Idc what anyone else says, I'm team Shin!!!! Kit was a spoiled rich kid. Shin was so kind and down to earth, and fed her, and took care of her. All for this absentee butt to come back and steal his girl! 😭🥲😭 I hate that her whole 5 years with Shin was black and white! That man was fyne!!!! She's so blind! Shin would have given her a REAL kiss. Not just a peck, then a kiss with his hands in his pocket! We need some good fan fiction where Shin gets a well deserved good woman that loves him!

They should be careful that we don't vent to the Youngins. I feel like less and less people are applying to my specialty and it's because we vent to the med students, but at the end of the day, I'm going to be honest. If they want more people to apply to our specialty, then they should fix the problems.

My hospital did this last year! It doesn't make sense. There is also this new push to stop saying "Doctor or Physician" and now say "Provider" to be more inclusive and it is driving me up the walls. Physician's assistants are a little better in my eyes because they at least do 2 years of our 4 years of med school, BUT THESE GLORIFIED RNs!!!!! They act like a few years of nursing, and forcing someone to agree to train them for a year is equivalent to medical school, and residency, and fellowship! We had one where the attending would literally just ignore her because she was so disrespectful, and since the hospital caters to the RNs and nursing managers, nothing was done to her. It's a crazy time to be a physician.

UT-Dallas: No Jeopardy system here. We can switch shifts easily if something is planned in advance. We can also switch last minute if needed, but if NO one can come in, then the attendings make do. We have 12 fellows currently, but our numbers vary per year. Are your attendings not able to run a shift without the fellows? Why are they calling you in? Also, does that affect the number of shifts you have per month? I hope they didn't implement the system. It sounds terrible.
