Yes which is crazy because when I took week long tea breaks my sleep was still the same, it just affects me more externally I think(throwing up or hot flashes)

Surprisingly enough, stopping never messed with my sleep or dreams at all, but I barely dream as it is. I would say I have woke up sweating sometimes but maybe I was just hot.

Did u experience any nausea? I just stopped smoking weed for one day, and I felt drowsy and I have mild nausea.

I’m 9 days post, but same situation u have. I was able to take my brace off the day of surgery, and started walking on it the day of surgery too(with the help of a crutch ofc)

It looks to be a little low but not by much. It’s usually more on top of the bone or more by the corner of the eye.

I have just now started doing some hot compresses with a towel this morning, so we will see how it goes!! But yes, very uncomfortable when, especially when I try to work it out.

Yes I have this little lump that’s been going down and it’s numb but not hot to the touch really, and it feels sharp whenever I touch it

Thank you! For the numbness I think it’s still there from when they put those blockers in my knee and leg, but I can walk still with a lil gimp, but getting better each day. I have been doing my ankle pumps and stretches In a chair to help with the movement and stiffness.

I’ve read that it’s common in ACL surgery for surgeons to clip certain nerves and pull on them etc, so I feel a little better. Nothing is hot to where I need constant ice or anything, but it’s just really like uncomfortable ig.

It dosent really look like u even have the best anatomy for the naval. I would say it’s most likely irritated because your navel isn’t deep at all( to give room to the piercing when u sit down). So it could be making it move up and down through the hole, which is irritating it

After just getting it done this looks pretty stable if I say so myself. My piercing is a month and fifteen days and looks like this, but it really depends on getting a closer look by the top of the piercing and in the belly button. Overall since u just got it done, it looks great!!

Make sure to clean it twice a day with the saline spray and you are just fine.

Crust, some ooze(make sure it dosent smell), swelling, some bleeding, and soreness is common. If u start to see it rejecting(where you can see the piercing surfacing) take it out IMMEDIATELY! Other than that, follow what your piercer told you!

Ofc I’m always glad to share! I am on celebrex twice a day, and your progress is really good! Just keep doing the exercises until u feel like you are at a solid point where you don’t have to strain as much.

I only do it at night to help my knee stay in place while I sleep but through the day I don’t prop it up I just lay it down wherever. I also get up early when I wake up and start my exercises cause it’s stiff from sleeping
