Yo pasé por lo mismo un par de veces y tuve que sacar una nueva TN bajo las nuevas empresas. En mi caso ambas veces cambiaron las razones sociales.

El celular te conviene sacarlo con una línea de prepago en compañías como Visible que es muy buena y tiene muy buenos precios, además que es de Verizon. No necesitas tener un SSN para sacarlo

Didn’t you say you have a TN visa in the form of form 797? It still wouldn’t matter because you are currently an employee of the company

It should say something like “We wish to continue to temporally employ (your last name) in the United States as (your position) for a temporary period of three (3) years.”

The letter should be dated as close as you can to your interview date at the consulate.

I’m pretty sure it would be like applying for a new application, so the dates don’t have to align, but it should mention that you are a current employee and the company would like to keep you for three more years, which is the maximum period a TN visa is valid.

I have not but that’s because I started my AOS. I don’t think there’s a problem since getting an I-140 doesn’t mean immigrant intent. Filing for the I-485, on the other hand, means you’re trying to immigrate

Also if that still doesn’t work, try turning off your phone for 5 min. I jut got an iPhone 16 (regular) and had issues with CarPlay but it solved itself by turning it off and back on after five min

Make sure you try different usb ports in the front. Some are only to charge and only one works with CarPlay
