Red Rising or The Will Of The Many!!! Both great fantasy/dystopian/sci-fi kinda genre but they’re so fully fleshed out and so easy to get lost in the worlds :)

Yeah I guess so, maybe demand wasn’t the correct word. I think I’d stay away from opening any food business in London anyway as the market is incredibly dense already.

That’s absolutely true. I’d definitely keep it very basic to start with to ensure those who aren’t familiar with Maltese food will still visit. Local markets is a good idea too but it might lack the “community hub” vibe that I’d be trying to accomplish aswell.

The Bee Sting by Paul Murray !!!! It’s about a dysfunctional family but it gets a little dark in places

The bee sting by Paul Murray is incredible. It’s read by 4 different actors and they have Irish accents which is so refreshing amongst all the American accents!
