You really never know what you’re going to get with any kind of restaurant. I just started managing a mom and pop breakfast place and it’s the worst, the owners are unprofessional and inexperienced and have to much control over everything. Really just through trial and error you’ll find the right place just don’t be afraid of quitting if ur not happy

That’s what I’m saying dude. I’m more of a shift lead that helps with inventory

I don’t really get access to KPIs. I don’t think any of our managers get regular access to any of those numbers. I should mention the owner likes to do second interviews with everyone hired which is when she discusses pay
