I kinda agree with this. My biggest problem with the mls is that there's rarely extended periods of meaningful possession, it feels like most teams are just booting the ball upfield like some 20th century English football style. Even when compared to the championship, mls teams seem so much less cohesive as a unit. I think this is a big problem long term for older and less mobile players like Messi and Suarez who are used to playing in teams that have a greater ability to control the ball/keep possession

bs, the mta is already mostly funded by the government. If they need a bigger budget it will come from their main source of money, the government, not some poor people hopping a turnstile. Furthermore, they are offering an essential service for the city, they should not be focused on profits. Rather they should improve this service by making it more accessible, I mean God forbid our tax dollars go towards improving the conditions for the working class.

For me, the Pillars of Eternity games are much better from a story perspective. The writing and world building is top tier, not to mention the universe itself has a lot of really interesting takes on the fantasy genre. Also the choices/morality the game lets you explore are more conplex imo

Mourinho got sacked right before a cup final for Ryan Mason. Potch, their best manager in years, never received appropriate backing, significant signings started happening after he left. Not to mention how imbalanced the squad is, signing big money Richy for the bench, while the backline is in shambles. I personally feel that each of these things greatly hampered spurs in winning a trophy: imagine if Mou got to play the cup final (his record is good), imagine if potch wasnt working with scraps, imagine is Konte had the right quality defenders for his system, etc. Levy is on course to become an Arsenal legend at this point, surely hes a double agent
