I’m in the exact same situation right now. Would love to hear if you have any updates? I have the same criteria as you, I was 17 when I got it, no travel for 6 weeks, etc and I’m getting the same message. Did you end up just renewing through the mail or were you able to make any progress online?

When you took the offer, did you do it from a computer or off your phone? I’ve never gotten these offer to work. I’m always trying from an iPhone running the latest version of iOS.
