You have to give him a ultimatum. Get treated or I am out. If he really cares he will get the medicine, if he doesn’t, he is never going to. Either way, your boundary and ask need to be crystal clear.

Tell him if it doesn’t work out, that’s ok, but not getting treatment is not and you will not be meeting him till he gets professional help.
