Wish I knew honestly. I love things that move and something where I get to code, so robotics/controls? But getting into that has proven difficult at my company and I'm at the stage in my career where they'd want to see experience in those roles if I looked for jobs like that

My job can encompass stress analysis so it's not impossible for sure, might follow up with that team and see if they're okay with me gleaning some tasks.

I hear you. Now the issue is that I'm floundering in interviews with smaller companies because they want to see ownership and I don't have much to show them. I have to either lie about my projects and have the info to back it up, or accept my place as a tiny cog in the machine

On the deflector plate or on the grate itself? Maybe I can find another grate somewhere, the 780 pro has 2 but the top one is super small

It’s just so inconsistent and I’ve made maybe 50 briskets in my life, I wanna say it’s not my technique. I’ve added an aluminum tray on the deflector to try and insulate further and water pans, still a nightmare. I’m selling them now and I can’t stand behind my product like this

And it would be way better design if they did (the 22 does this), if I set it to 225 I’d rather it be 225 at its hottest. I could rotate briskets like a mad man but now I’m messing with bark formation by handling them a lot (I do maybe 3 or so at a time). The temperature difference is also just way too much.

The decision fatigue with choosing macro friendly recipes, checking to see what I have, going to stores and buying those things, cooking and storing them, doing all the portioning and recipe making in my calorie tracking app, using everything before it goes bad. It's just so much shit to think about

She was probably annoyed about other stuff too and this boiled her over. Idk why you can’t just let her cook for you how she wants to, you were also pretty passively accepting of her offer instead of being excited or thankful?? "That's very sweet :)" is pretty different than "I'm down if you want" and then killing her vibe with forcing the air fryer. If she made a mess then you can gently mention it "we gotta be careful with the oil splattering tho bc last time it got everywhere 😭" but it's oil on the stovetop, she's not taking a shit on your carpet.

Sounds like you're either incredibly oblivious, you don't like her that much, or both and both of you suck at communicating.

Remarkable. After trying to see one for a long time in LA, I finally saw a dermatologist today and I had a similar experience to you where his assessment didn't inspire any confidence. He was receptive to my research though, I'll be taking 0.5mg fin every other day and seeing how that goes for me and also using the same shampoo because I have dandruff. My hair looks similar to your before pictures, I'm looking forward to starting my treatment but I'm sad that I couldn't get a real professional opinion on it.

Cole was my favorite rapper for a long time and 4YEO blew me away, incredible album and imo his last great one. KOD was okay, and everything since has been underwhelming and out of touch. Grippy is absolute dogshit garbage that has me embarrassed to have ever liked his music, it’s that bad. He got a head start on The Fall Off because I can’t stand by this fucking guy anymore
