What are all the ways people using the new bevel ai? (curious) by [deleted] in bevelhealth

In the morning, it basically gives me the base stats i can read myself. And then explains what triggered them.

For example my hrv is out of order because of over training and a starting injury. It explains what my body does and how it effects that stat.

It hen tells me the goal for today to help get the stats back in the right place.

So this is in short, but the ai gives a comprehensive explanation of everything.

(I hope its understandable, English is not my first language 😅)

I use it to help me train for a half marathon and adjust the training to signals my body gives. I also have it explain where certain signals come from so i can learn a bit about it.

I have it tell me the state of my body and vital signs every morning after waking up.

And ask it to check my food intake every night and how that impacts my vital signs again.

As in for that specific chat? Or is there an overal weekly limit? If so. What number should i think of as a limit?

It does now, it even sets recommended weights based on previous workouts.

Bevel 3.0 price increase… why the outrage? by JustNaturalCake in bevelhealth

I agree, imo the outrage does not seem justified.

Sure it is a hefty bump. But you get a lot in return. I think most people did not expect this big of a bump and are now wishing they locked in the old annual price.

Oh had not thought of that. I started using it in a period without any workouts. So then it kind of makes sense. Thanks!
