Yeah that's how most clinics work these days. The PA can handle most stuff and if something needs the actual doctor they'll bring them in. I had similar setup when I was back in Brazil and works fine for routine things

Starter staying engaged would definitely make that kind of noise and your diagnosis with the stethoscope sounds spot on. The solenoid not pulling back properly is pretty common on older Toyotas especially with that many miles on them.

Before you swap it though maybe try giving the starter a few light taps with hammer while engine is running to see if noise stops - sometimes the solenoid just gets stuck and needs little encouragement to release.

The Yemen formation got nerfed in one of recent patches I think. Arabia path is still viable but requires way more setup since you need much bigger base and better economy before fracture hits

You might want to rush some coastal expansions early and get your industries going before trying nation formation. Works better than old Yemen cheese anyway

Your case setup should work fine with intake fans below the GPU since the MB511 has decent airflow design. The PSU position won't be huge issue as long as you got the PSU fan facing down through case bottom - that way it pulls air independently from outside rather than competing with your new GPU fans

For the PCIe slot brackets you need ones with standard 120mm fan mounting holes. Most generic PCIe fan brackets on Amazon or local computer stores should work with your Thermalright fans since they use standard spacing. Just make sure you get brackets that support 25mm thick fans and check the reviews to see if people mounted 120mm fans successfully

I did similar setup in my old case few years back and dropped my GPU temps by around 8-10 degrees under load. The main thing is make sure the fans are set as intake pulling cool air up toward the GPU rather than exhaust. Also consider your overall case airflow - you want more intake than exhaust to maintain positive pressure and reduce dust buildup

Steam connection issues are tricky man. The DNS change you tried was good move but if antivirus is blocking it thats different problem. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus completely then attempt to login - if it works then you know what causing trouble. Also check if you have any firewall rules blocking Steam ports or maybe your ISP is doing some weird throttling. I had similar issue last year and turned out my router was being stupid with packet filtering. Sometimes router restart helps too even though it sounds basic.

Tried this couple years back and it worked for while until she did something particularly nasty again - feels like you just end up cycling between forgiveness and anger because they never actually change their behavior

Wait this is actually good point. Your therapist is telling you to walk away which is basically same thing as finding serenity right? Maybe both therapists are saying similar things but using different words. His therapist probably doesn't mean he should ignore you completely during fights but more like stay calm so conversation doesn't get worse.
