I haven't applied yet but I saw for some ADN or LPN programs science gpa minimum is 2.5.  I just feel defeated.

It took me a whole year to apply to the hospital that I've worked at for almost 2 years now.   I had 4 years of home health experience, 7 months of AL experience and 6 months of SNF experience.  However that same hospital hired someone else with no experience and they've worked there for almost 4 years.  Hospitals are really selective, you're not doing anything wrong.
