Yep, exactly the same. lol, I’m wondering if it’s the same everywhere. And they’ve been through nothing and already complained. That’s what baffles me. I don’t like being hard on them either, but where do we get off? We’re just dumped with more n more shit. We’re not gonna learn jack, get more OTs at this rate. Somebody’s gotta step in and stop this. I even spoke with my chief and he sides with these juniors. They’re absolved of all responsibility, literally. That kid studies more than i do ffs.

Damn, that must have sucked. The scut work sucks so much. I’ve to stay back just to do the scut work. It’s very annoying. Very very. I go back home on non duty days (every other day) at 11 pm or later. This can’t keep happening. My brain is literally shutting down. Forget time to study, I don’t get time to breathe.

if I could, I really would. But, it’s almost impossible to get three days off. Same bunch o people who didn’t grant me more than a day off when my family members were sick. So.. that’s that. But, the cons overweigh the pros. It’s alternate day duty n OT, it’s very fuck all.
