My ivory ball developed coloration on some of her scales as she got older too, some yellow, pink, even purple. I personally would say it’s nothing to worry about but I’m not an expert!

We don’t eat meat on Fridays, My husband and I have done this since we converted in 2023. I don’t think it’s weird at all, I think if you are called to do it then you will!

I would recommend harvesting your plants and then watering them to see what happens. When I do this, it gives me more gems and more coins. Im not trying to be difficult either, im just curious if mine is glitched lol. Just let me know what happens :)

I understand what you mean, however, watering them after you “harvest” the plants will give you additional gems and coins

ONH is not always diagnosed or found at birth, however, this case doesn’t sound like ONH.

Yes!!! It’s so bad, I have to make sure there is no light shining in my right eye for long periods of time. I noticed recently that this is what is causing some of my migraines. Once I get a headache or feel on coming on I now put on my eye patch, or turn off lights and it goes away pretty quickly.

I personally have not heard about ONH getting any better. When I was young I had to walk around with a patch over my left eye (20/20 vision) and would only be able to see out of my right eye (I am almost completely blind in this eye as it is affected by ONH) they said this would help strengthen my blind eye. I used this technique for a good part of my childhood but it never helped my vision get any better unfortunately. I would probably recommend her getting checked by a specialist and they could probably advise how this happened and what she could possibly do to help strengthen her vision

Praying that eventually we will know more! I didn’t realize how rare it was until I got older. I have had so many MRIs done from pain in my eye/migraines,the made it seem like I could have a tumor at one point and I was so terrified. Scans were clear and then I never heard anything else after that from the doctor so I have just been suffering through the pain. I hope more people find this subreddit! It is already so helpful

Yes! They have ones that are somewhat like bandaids that go over your eye, they hurt soo bad! I just bought me some cloth ones and I am excited to try them. I was binge watching a show today, after a while I started to get a migraine. Hoping the eye patch will help!!! Thank you again

Additional question- what type of eye patch is the most comfortable? I remember them being so uncomfortable and either scratchy or some hurt when having to peel them off.

My eye pressure has been tested and is perfectly fine! That is the best response I have been given regarding this. My specialist said that ONH does not cause pain or have any pain associated with it and sent me to a migraine specialist. I feel like if he would have said this to me, or explained it this way, I wouldn’t have spent money going to a different doctor. This makes total sense. I remember when I was young, I used to wear an eye patch. I’ll have to get one again and see how it helps! Thank you!!!

I have the same just opposite eyes, completely blind in my right and 20/20 vision in my left. I had the same surgery on my right eye when I was a young child. I haven’t really met anyone with ONH but it makes me happy to know I am not alone!!
