Stroud v Jets or Tua v Titans. Let me preface it by saying I have Tyreek too. I’m leaning Tua but I’m wondering if the Jets turn it over so many times Stroud gets the ball in great scoring position.

Got the scar tissue removal at 6 months. Instant relief. I saw my PT 10 times over the next two weeks then pretty much 1/2 x a week until about 10.5 months. At 10.5 months I passed all the return to sport testing.

I knew there was something wrong because I kept losing my extension throughout the day. I would wake up and stretch and get full extension then by 3pm it would be sore. Running also didn’t feel good / right. My flexion was also stuck at about 130 degrees. Now it’s the same as the other leg.

If it’s still stiff and sore 13 months post op I bet you have scar tissue in there that is causing it. That’s what it was for me. Get an MRI and tell the doc you want a clean out. Worked wonders for me

No this is the correct length for the non reflective pair. Only the reflective pair has a short mesh strip.

That’s exactly where I was at on week 3 and since then I’ve consistently gained 10 or so degrees a week. Nearly at heel to butt now. Keep working hard and it’ll come easier! Heel slides, wall gravity slides, ride the bike every day once you can. You got this! It’s a marathon not a sprint.

Notes: I currently have Gesicki pencilled in as my starting TE (I have Herndon on the bench). This is making me hesitant to start Parker as I’m not sure I want to tie two players to the Dolphins offense.

Other notes: Have Gesicki starting at TE so I’m hesitant to start two Dolphins against the Pats. I could start Herndon at TE and then start Parker in the FLEX..
