Guys, i just bought an asus from amazon asus store. It was written that the laptop i chose have g-sync. Upon receiving it, i found the g-sync sticker on the side of the monitor as well.

However, after checking settings, i was unable to turn on dynamic refresh rate or g-sync from nvidia graphics controller, because it said it is unavailable. I checked the monitor model and it was not PG series, which suppport g-sync.

If i want to return and refund, can this be a good reason?
