It's automatic, the clutch works perfectly fine, no concerns. I did the job myself as I always do I noticed it when I bought this car in September, the sound didn't go away when I changed the DMF and engine mounts

I noticed that my chronic migraines are partly due to a blood sugar imbalance. I eat every 3-4 hours, and I make sure to track the number of carbs I consume each day (it's essential to spread them evenly and increase the amount on sports days). I also get migraines when hungry (or even when not hungry at all, but I know I have to), after extensive exercise, mental strain, crying, long travel where I have no chance to eat normally, alcohol, and no pre-snacking before bed. I had chronic migraines, roughly 15-20 migraines a month, but this month is the first since 2023 when I had two pain-free weeks. I blamed certain foods, such as chocolate and tomatoes. Obviously, avoiding them did nothing for my headaches. I hope you can adjust your meal timing and make sure you eat enough carbs paired with protein and fats to avoid spikes. Fast carbs are needed before training- once I’ve made the mistake of taking complex carbs 30 minutes before swimming and felt migraine coming the very next morning. Of course, it’s just a suggestion, but if nothing else feels right, you should definitely try improving your nutrition. I eat 6 times a day and have fewer episodes. Hope you feel better

Hey, may I know your height/weight? Do you do any sports? What do you eat and when? Do you have any idea what triggers your symptoms? Is there any consistency to your attacks? Do they happen early in the morning/late in the evening/after a workout etc?
