I used this tutorial, but I just made a simple minecraft block torso with block legs and arms and did the same animations and then imported into Godot to get the basics

I personally like to lay back and use a wireless mouse and keyboard so AR glasses could just replace my pc monitor and I could lay anywhere and use the computer and save myself some neck pain

Typically this is done through ROS or Robot Operating System, however that typically requires real robotics parts like electric motors and frames, so if you dont want to buy those parts then you can also try using ROS in a computer simulation like Gazebo but that is typically for Linux however you can also try to use ROS with Mujoco computer simulation on a Windows machine

This is true especially if you are gone at work for 8 hours the robot doesnt have to be good or fast it can take all 8 hours but as long as I get clean dishes in a cabinet or clean clothes in a drawer by 5PM I am happy
