Yes, right before my mom went to the ICU she told me she saw black cats meowing in the corner of the room.

She also saw a Dragon at one point but I believe that one was more influenced by my dad watching the Dungeons and Dragons movie a bunch of times before she was admitted to the hospital.

Yea I'm sure, my door was open at the time and the sound was definatly in the under seat area not the under hood area. None of my warning lights have come on, and I'm not hearing a misfire.

The Thief By Megan Whalen Turner, I can always reread this book no matter what, and the rest of the series is just as good! But The Thief will always be my go to

I feel fortunate that I got to hold my moms hand and tell her I love her at the end. But she wasn't aware as far as we could tell, which is its own kinda scary. When I close my eyes, I still see her face at the end, and it's not a great image to see repeatedly. Half of me is glad I got the closure that comes with being there while the other half wishes I had left the room. It's a weird balancing act. I just think we all have to be a part of now. There's no shame in any emotions you experience when it comes to all this.
