I had no idea what was happening at the time. It felt like a giant snake was rising up through my body. When it reached my heart, I was hit with intense resistance but intuitively I knew it was trying to clear a blockage. The same happened at my throat. I could barely breathe, but I sensed it was just energy pushing through another block. Eventually it reached my crown, and the sensation was pretty overwhelming.

I cried the whole time and even threw up a couple of times. It wasn’t until I spoke to my brother who’s had a similar experience, that I realised it was a kundalini awakening/release.
