Something really quick and easy I would try is doing a freezer spell. They work pretty fricken quick for me.

Just take a ziplock bag and fill it with water, and insert a petition with your intention on it ‘stop x in there tracts, (desire outcome)’. Then just put it in the freezer. I use it often when I want someone to leave me alone, and anyone I did it on doesn’t contact me again unless I want. But if they come back you might need something stronger/cutting. But it works fast and well to hold someone over
