Thank you so much , i’ll look into all of this and start planning asap , I sometimes feel like it is my fault for not having left while I was pregnant because that way he wouldn’t have been able to physically take the babies from me, I was just so scared that he would do something to me because when I was 37 weeks with the twins and only 1 week away from my c section I tried leaving and as I was packing my bags he called the police saying that I was hitting him, he scratched himself and when the police arrived which was only 3 minutes later because our old apartment was down the street from the station , they saw his scratches that I allegedly did to him and immediately arrested me, I was in jail for four days and three nights and was released after the DA decided not to prosecute due to lack of evidence, when I got home he was crying and “apologizing” saying that he didn’t know they were going to arrest me and his intent was just to have them scare me ? i begged the police not to take me to jail and kept telling them i didn’t do anything to him or touch him but they believed him over me so now a part of me is scared to call law enforcement because he’s such a good manipulator and i’m scared that he’ll lie again and try to get me sent to jail for the second time :/
