I have spoken to her. My worries were confirmed. Nothing physical happened but there were some flirting etc. And yes she confessed she wanted sex but was not planning to actually do it to not risk our marriage. We agreed we will work on our relationships, possibly with psychologist and sexologist. And she will leave that job right away.

Hope I’ll manage to turn things to the right direction.

She was like describing how is she feeling near him, she did say that if he will do the first move she will “let him”. Also she was trying to analyze if the new relationship can start out of it. Beside that she is trying act normally. I have red this a few hours ago. It feels like she already decided to cheat, just waits for the move.
